Do you arrange loans?

No. We do not arrange loans, syndicate facilities, or act as a loan brokerage business.

Do you guarantee sanction?

No. All lending decisions remain with the bank or financial institution. We support readiness, not outcomes.

Do you communicate with banks on behalf of clients?

No. All formal communication and submission to banks remain client-controlled.

What exactly does BankEase Solutions do?

We provide third-party support around MSME banking documentation, renewal readiness, enhancement preparation, banker query support, stock and book debt structuring, CIBIL and ratio review guidance, and optional ongoing banking support.

Is AMC mandatory?

No. AMC or retainership support is optional and begins only after separate acceptance.

What is included in the free initial review?

Do you replace my CA or accountant?

No. We complement your existing CA, accountant, and internal team. We do not replace statutory or accounting professionals.
