Frequently Asked Questions
These answers explain our technology-enabled and human-assisted model, confidentiality approach, legal boundaries, and how the service works for MSMEs.
Are you a loan agent or DSA?
No. BankEase Solutions is an independent technology-enabled banking-readiness and workflow-support platform for MSMEs. We do not arrange loans, act as a DSA, or broker facilities.
Do you arrange loans?
No. We do not arrange loans, syndicate facilities, or act as a loan brokerage business.
Do you guarantee sanction?
No. All lending decisions remain with the bank or financial institution. We support readiness, not outcomes.
Do you communicate with banks on behalf of clients?
No. All formal communication and submission to banks remain client-controlled.
What exactly does BankEase Solutions do?
BankEase combines structured digital workflows with trained human assistance for MSME banking documentation, renewal readiness, monitoring, exception review, and client-controlled completion.
Is BankEase a software platform or a consultancy?
BankEase follows a hybrid model. Structured technology supports routine workflow, documentation, and monitoring activities, while trained personnel assist with exceptions, clarification, and non-standard requirements. It is neither a self-service software product alone nor a traditional manual consultancy alone.
Is the complete process automated?
No. The model is intentionally human-assisted. Technology is used to improve structure, continuity, and visibility, while human judgement remains important for exceptions and individual client requirements.
Do you publicly display the BankEase application?
Detailed application screens, workflow rules, and internal configurations are not publicly displayed because they contain proprietary know-how and may involve security or confidentiality considerations. The website explains the operating model and customer outcomes at a high level.
Does BankEase connect directly with banks?
No direct bank integration should be assumed from this website. All formal communication and submissions remain client-controlled unless a separate lawful arrangement is expressly documented in the future.
Does technology guarantee compliance or sanction?
No. Technology can improve structure, visibility, and preparedness, but it cannot guarantee compliance outcomes, sanction, renewal, enhancement, or any decision of a bank or financial institution.
Is AMC mandatory?
No. AMC or retainership support is optional and begins only after separate acceptance.
What is included in the free initial review?
The free initial review is a preliminary discussion to understand current pain points, likely gaps, and where structured support may help. It is intended to be useful without pressure.
Do you replace my CA or accountant?
No. We complement your existing CA, accountant, and internal team. We do not replace statutory or accounting professionals.
Can you help with renewal support?
Yes. Renewal preparation is a core area of support, especially when businesses want better documentation discipline before review dates.
Can you help with enhancement preparation?
Yes. We can help structure the information, documents, and readiness needed before a client-controlled enhancement request is made.
Can you help before my review date?
Yes. In many cases, the greatest value comes from improving readiness before a renewal or review date becomes urgent.
Do you work only in Kolkata?
No. While we are based in Kolkata, we can support businesses across India where the engagement is suitable for our operating model.
Can you support businesses outside West Bengal?
Yes. We can support businesses beyond West Bengal through structured remote coordination and documentation support.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Information is handled according to the engagement scope, applicable privacy terms, and access controls. We do not publicly disclose client information or use real client data for public product demonstrations. See our Privacy Policy.
What kind of businesses benefit most from your service?
Businesses with active banking relationships, recurring review pressure, documentation challenges, stock statement issues, banker query delays, or a need for steadier banking discipline usually benefit most.
