Not a Broker
We do not sell financial products or act as a DSA, arranger, or syndication intermediary.
This page explains the operating boundaries of BankEase Solutions in clear, calm language. These boundaries are an essential part of the service model and should be read alongside any proposal or engagement communication.
Our role is deliberately narrow, technology-enabled, human-assisted, and client-safe. That clarity is part of why the support model stays trustworthy.
We do not sell financial products or act as a DSA, arranger, or syndication intermediary.
We do not provide loans, extend credit, or influence lending decisions on behalf of banks.
All formal submission and communication with banks remain with the client at every stage.
BankEase Solutions operates as an independent technology-enabled banking-readiness, documentation, and workflow-support provider for MSMEs.
BankEase combines structured technology-enabled processes with human assistance. The availability and scope of platform functions and human support depend on the agreed engagement.
System outputs, reminders, working documents, and readiness indicators must be reviewed by the client. They do not constitute a lending decision, statutory certification, legal opinion, or guarantee of regulatory compliance.
We do not lend money, extend credit facilities, or act as a financial institution.
We do not act as a direct selling agent, loan broker, loan arranger, or syndication service provider.
We do not guarantee loan sanction, renewal approval, enhancement approval, disbursement, or any banking outcome. All decisions remain with the bank or lender.
All formal submissions, representations, and communication with banks are made by the client. We do not represent ourselves as communicating with banks on the client’s behalf unless a future written arrangement expressly states otherwise and remains legally appropriate.
Our work is based on information, records, and documents supplied by the client or made available through the client’s authorised ecosystem. The client remains responsible for accuracy, completeness, lawful use, and review of every formal submission.
Our scope is limited to support, structuring, documentation readiness, process clarity, response preparation, coordination support, and advisory input. It does not include regulated financial intermediation or legal assurances.
Any paid service begins only after the client has separately accepted the relevant scope, commercial terms, and engagement basis through an offer letter, proposal acceptance, or other written confirmation.
Where coordination with a CA, accountant, lawyer, valuer, or other professional is useful, such coordination is supportive in nature and does not replace those professionals or assume their regulated responsibilities.
The BankEase brand, website content, workflow descriptions, documentation structures, software, designs, templates, business methods, and associated proprietary materials are owned by or lawfully used by the operating entity. No licence is granted to reproduce, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or copy proprietary materials except as expressly agreed in writing. This does not claim ownership over generic banking requirements or statutory forms.
Internal configurations, system logic, workflow rules, mappings, and implementation details are confidential and are not part of the public website disclosure.
Website and platform availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, connectivity, or third-party infrastructure. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as representing direct system integration with any bank, regulator, credit bureau, government database, or statutory portal unless expressly stated and verified.
Certain technology, workflows, configurations, templates, and operating processes used by BankEase Solutions are proprietary. Public descriptions are intentionally limited to high-level capabilities and customer outcomes in order to protect intellectual property, client confidentiality, and platform security.
