Not a Broker
We do not sell financial products or act as a DSA, arranger, or syndication intermediary.
This page explains the operating boundaries of BankEase Solutions in clear, calm language. These boundaries are an essential part of the service model and should be read alongside any proposal or engagement communication.
Our role is deliberately narrow, advisory-led, and client-safe. That clarity is part of why the support model stays trustworthy.
We do not sell financial products or act as a DSA, arranger, or syndication intermediary.
We do not provide loans, extend credit, or influence lending decisions on behalf of banks.
All formal submission and communication with banks remain with the client at every stage.
BankEase Solutions operates as an independent third-party support consultancy for MSME banking documentation, readiness, and advisory support.
We do not lend money, extend credit facilities, or act as a financial institution.
We do not act as a direct selling agent, loan broker, loan arranger, or syndication service provider.
We do not guarantee loan sanction, renewal approval, enhancement approval, disbursement, or any banking outcome. All decisions remain with the bank or lender.
All formal submissions, representations, and communication with banks are made by the client. We do not represent ourselves as communicating with banks on the client’s behalf unless a future written arrangement expressly states otherwise and remains legally appropriate.
Our work is based on information, records, and documents shared by the client or made available through the client’s authorized internal or professional ecosystem.
Our scope is limited to support, structuring, documentation readiness, process clarity, response preparation, coordination support, and advisory input. It does not include regulated financial intermediation or legal assurances.
Any paid service begins only after the client has separately accepted the relevant scope, commercial terms, and engagement basis through an offer letter, proposal acceptance, or other written confirmation.
Where coordination with a CA, accountant, lawyer, valuer, or other professional is useful, such coordination is supportive in nature and does not replace those professionals or assume their regulated responsibilities.
